Press is set at 320° Very handy to always have a heat gun to check your temperature. I will pre press my shirt for 10-15 sec, lay design, cover and press for 15. I know this is universal film. But I will not peel when it is hot. I will wave it around to cool off on press but usually I take off press and wave for about 15 sec, then replace on press and peel. I use a T-seal sheet for my final press but have been waiting on new ones to come in so I use just an extra shirt, Works great, I will press for another 10-15 sec. Now you have a finish great looking shirt!
