Refund or Cancelled Orders

Once a order is created, we print the order out and get started on either creating or packing the product. P.O.D Creations has to charge a fair processing fee for all cancelled orders or refunds.

All items come with a care card instructions. It will be solely up to us if it was an error on our end, or damage or lack of care by you if the item is replaced. No Refunds given.

How Long does it take to receive my order? 

Average production time is 1 to 3 days depending on product. If a products is custom made It can take up to one week before that product is shipped.

How are images measured?

We a cadlink print program, when we insert image into program it will give measurements of height and width. Whichever is the longest is what we will go off of. It could be the width on some images and could be length.

Can you ship outside the USA?

Yes, but remember that shipping and handling to another country, Hawaii or Alaska will be expensive.

Subscription Boxes

Subscription Boxes can be canceled at any time, But once that months payment has been received it will NOT be refunded.

My package has not been delivered in the time frame.
